About Us
how did
Ink + Numbers originate?
Ink + Numbers was the brainstorm idea of Stacey Munsell and Lisa Carmichael. They were exchanging leads over Happy Hour one evening at Perennial in Towson, MD in the Spring of 2022 and thought why not get a group of ladies from their networks to connect!
Stacey is a Senior Account Executive at Today Media Custom Communications, the "INK" and Lisa is the Director of Business Development at Gross Mendelsohn, the "NUMBERS" and the '+' is how they work together to provide creative and fun ways to help ladies connect professionally and personally through relationship networking.

Who We Are.
Stacey Lynn Munsell
Stacey brings over 30 years of sales experience in advertising, catering, event sales, and marketing; including a 20 year career as Senior Account Executive for Baltimore Magazine. She resides in Timonium with her 15 year old daughter, Gabriella and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Theodore. She enjoys shopping, exercising and spending time watching her daughter play soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
Lisa Carmichael
Lisa has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing. She spent 13 years at the Baltimore Business Journal and was an executive assistant in the construction industry prior to that. She lives in the Towson area with her 2 children, Gavin & Alex and her 2 shepherd dogs, Titan & Val. Lisa spends her spare time doing home projects, being outdoors, gardening, hiking and watching her son play soccer and helping her daughter with her financial goals!
Ink + Numbers hosts monthly events that include shopping, bourbon tastings, happy hours, breakfast parties, lead exchanges, seminars and much more.
We are so excited to begin this journey and help women connect and thrive!

Organizations we have recently supported
Ink + Numbers donated $2,180 to local nonprofit organizations in 2023.
In June 2023, we began including a beneficiary to highlight and support for each months event.
Since then, we hosted 7 events where we donated a portion of ticket sales and have helped with collections
of items needed such as food, feminine care products, holiday gifts and more!
